Good news for the next three and a half years if you already have a decal.

According to wjz.com:

Commuters traveling between Cecil and Harford counties currently pay $5 for a decal that gives them free bridge crossings for a year.

When work begins a few months, they will be able to renew the stickers for free for the duration of the project. First-time decal buyers will still have to pay the $5 fee.
